Ordering from Broner is Simple!
We Start with Trust

We trust our corporate customers with Net 30 Days terms in most instances. New Accounts are usually approved the same business day. If you are ordering a special, non-catalog item a 50% deposit may be required with your order. Naturally, if you are ordering for the very first time, we will need some background information. We can also process with American Express, VISA, Mastercard or Discover credit cards.

Order and Shipping Information

Broner has one of the fastest turn-around times in the business. Thanks to our bar-coded, radio frequencied distribution center, most orders are shipped the same day. We trust FedEx to deliver your orders on time. Be assured we'll get your orders to you, when you need it - no matter what. However, if an order is under $125, a service charge of $15 will be included.

Quick Release Orders

We can set up Broner's "Quick Release" program for those orders you need on a regular basis. Just let us know which products to ship where and when and leave the rest to us! No more worrying about getting that regular order called in, etc. - you'll have the goods when you need them!

Claims, Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-521-1318 within 10 days for a return authorization, replacement, refund or credit. No credit will be given to returns after 10 days or sent without a pre-approved authorization number.
